You can buy vanilla icing in the store sweetened with splenda ! It is in those little plastic tubs !

I go with the Cool Whip idea.

If you are just looking for a little something sweet to drizzle over the crisps I would try a little powdered sugar with milk. It is a light glaze that you can make as thick as you want, but a little goes a long way.

What about using sugar free or fat free cool whip ? Would that work ?

I am looking for a low calorie recipe for frosting (if that is even possible!). A friend gave me a bag of popped cinnamon swirl crisps from Weight Watchers and they are amazing! I would like to try and take a regular cinnamon rice cake and just add a light drizzle of frosting. These really conquer the sweet tooth, but thinking that I can be a bit more economical in using the regular size cinnamon rice cakes.

Thanks for the ideas!
