Make a stir fry !
You can make it with beef or chicken.
Add tons of your favorite low carb veggies.

Use this sugar free sauce and viola - stir fry is ready !!

Orange or Apricot sauce

1/2 cup sugar free apricot preserves or sugar free orange marmalade
3 Tablespoons soy sauce
Mix well, add to your stir fry

I am looking for a healthy meal at dinner time, that is not to difficult to cook. It need to have less than 20g of Carbs and 1g or less of sugar. I will try anything but fish. Thanks so much!
