Hello, I just saw this recipe on pinterest,um,love that site by the way :) Take a muffin pan,then place a whole wheat pita in the muffin pan,use a ircle cookie cutter,make a circle put it in the muffin pan,pizza sauce,an low calorie toppings and low calorie cheese= approximately 66 calories,yummo,plus my kids will love these:):)
