I just made this from the Sparkpeople cookbook (which I received earlier this week) and it is a TOTAL HIT. My family loved it! I wasn't as crazy about the egg flavor as they were, but I did enjoy it, and they absolutely adored it. My husband raved about it... I even tried out low sodium ham and turkey on him, and he didn't even notice! I mentioned it, and he was pleasantly surprised.
I'm so thrilled. I've always loved Chef Meg's Recipes!
