I will going for my finally walk of the week later today because I have other thing to do that will give me my steps as well like house work and yard work. I know I can get in over 2000 steps by doing these 2 things today. Then maybe after supper I can get my hubby to walk with me as well.

MORNING-----STEPS 6165-------3.69 MILES

So far I have done good and I am proud to say that I know now that I can make it happen for my and my goal is alot clearer now. I want to finish this month with weighing in at 220lbs. In the past 3 days I have clocked in 21,545 steps so I hope that I can make it over 30,000 for this week alone.
