If you go to your Nutrition Tracker and scroll down to the bottom. You'll see your SP recommended ranges for fats, protein and carbs.

Hi there what is a good ratio of carbs/protein/fats to lose weight. I consumed 1382 calories today which is quite reasonable I thought. Included in that were (35.2 gms of fats / 21.9 pro / 42.9 carbs). My fats were quite high due to linseeds within my breakfast (6 gms), an egg (5gms), smoked salmon (14 gms) within my lunch, 2 x fish oils, and 2 x epo oils (7 gms) among other things throughout the day. But predominantly the fats came from good fats. I guess the salmon through it out and I'm not going to have that every day that was a treat. What should a good ratio be for macro nutrients? Thanks
