Hey Slimmeddown1111! You're new, I'm new...let's do it together! The first weekend should have been the hardest for us. I made it through (thank God), and you only had one tough night (it happens). It's great that you got right back on track on Sunday. It's so easy to feel bad about a mess-up and let it affect our forward progress, but you didn't! Let's be friends and check in weekly to keep each other motivated. emoticon

There comes a time when a wave rises up inside us and impels us into action. One of the tricks of life is to build up enough momentum on the wave to keep us moving until the next one comes along.

Hello I am new to SparkPeople and really loving it. This weekend was my first on the program and I really struggled on Saturday night. I went to bed knowing that Sunday would be a new start and I did great today by staying on program. I even got my workout done early this morning :)

Thanks guys. I feel really good about it! Small milestones add up to big ones, right? Thanks so much for the support. I'm new to Spark, but I know I need the support to stay on track long-term. You guys are doing great on your own journeys, and just seeing your tickers motivates me more! emoticon

I agree with NSTARSMITH making it through the weekend is a HUGE success. How exciting for you to stay on track when you had a super busy day where it would be so easy to grab food that is easily accessible but not nutritious!!

It's a really small achievement but I made it through a whole Saturday out and about with the family and stayed on track!!! Through the peewee football, shopping, etc...i stayed on track! Yay!
