It wasn't easy. I didn't realize that most every food has carbs...not to mention the ones that we consume that we know are high in carbs...like rolls, breads, pasta, etc. I was surprised that my favorite yogurt was high in carbs. And my one of my favorite fruits...bananas. Anyways, I read on how just cutting back on carbs for 2 days a week can keep you losing weight for the rest of the week. You are supposed to aim for 50 g a day for two days, but I ended up with 70 yesterday and 60 today. I did lose 3.5 pounds from yesterday to today, which could also be due to the 10 cups of water I drank. We'll see how the rest of the week goes!
