I just made some for my husband, who is sick, and I am dying to have two eggs; on my other diet, it was just one egg, and I stopped eating them for a while. Lol
Welcome to Spark. don't get discouraged about the food tracker. Over time you will learn about food groupings. also you will eventually you will have all your foods in and you won't have to keep entering. This is just part of the process.
Every day find a little time for yourself, even if it is only 15 minutes, as long as that time is just for you. Better yet is if that time is fun.
My name is Jessica Brennan, and I am new here. I have been trying to manually add the food that I have been eating. I added one food, and then it disappeared when I added another food. I find it frustrating to add foods, because I have none of the things on the lunch list, but I have a lot of vegetables at lunch and it is complicated. I would love to hear from other members about how you do it.
