Everything. My hr stays around 85% most of the time when I'm exercising. It's gotten higher, so I'm trying to watch it.

yes there is a button that tells u to input your calories manually

Yes, if you click on the "add cardio" button within the fitness tracker, there is a link in the top RH corner of the pop-up box to enter calories manually.

I'm curious as to what activity is burning substantially more than the tracker is telling you?

I have a hr monitor that tells me my calories burned. Is there a way I can input those numbers? I'm burning way more than the fitness tracker is telling me.
