Hi E1


I can finally do 1 regular pushup LOL.....I'm getting there S.L.O.W.L.Y


I have been working out 6days a week for a min of 30min ( I missed 2 days from being sick). Since the weather here has been AMAZING I've been going on 1-3hr bike rides every day. I logged 20 miles for todays ride!!!

I am down to 202.5.......I can still make the 5lbs by end of March.

I hope you all are doing well emoticon emoticon

My plan is very simple: To each day remind myself to move more than usual and eat less than I need. Eat to live!

Hi All emoticon

OK....so this is getting tricky.

Thursday 3/1 I did my 1st spin class ever for 60 min OMG, can you say fun but OUCH???? Then Friday 3/2 I was invited out with the girls after work so that means bad food/drinks and when am I going to exercise? Thankfully my company has a small w/o room so I was able to do 35min on the elliptical. We went over to one of the woman's house for beer and pizza. I had 4 beers (i know not good), and 4 small slices of pizza with a small salad. So in all not TOO bad. I SO didn't want to w/o but I did it!

Today I have 2 Dr. appointments I forgot about so I will have to work the w/o in later tonight somewhere. As for the pushups.....this is NOT going to be easy! I can do modified but like Sleatherman I can only get down on the regular one coming back up is a whole other story LOL.

I hope you guys are doing well....

Here's my plan....

Mondays = strength training full body
Tuesdays = cardio
Wednesdays = yoga
Thursdays = strength training
Fridays = walking
Saturdays = cardio
Sundays = rest day

Hello! This sounds like a great challenge! I have 6 pounds to lose to meet my weight loss goal, but my long term goal is to be toned for a 10 year anniversary trip to Vegas in September. What an awesome catalyst.

My goals: lose 6 pounds by April 1st., work out at least 5 days a week, be able to do at least 10 regular push ups ( I only do modified ones right now and would like to do regular) I'll post my plan later today.

Starting weight: 130

My plan:

Pushup Training= Following week 1 of 100 pushups

3/1 Thurs = Initial test push-ups Wii Fit (30)
**LOL only one push up correct push up, seems I can get down, just not back up. Skated for an hour yesterday and did not get home to start working out until 11:00pm. Walk/jogged for 30 minutes through Royal Pains instead of Wii fit. We're expecting a storm tonite with possible power outages, I will find another means of a workout if we lose power. Hope everyone else is doing well.

3/2 Fri = WII Fit (30), Circuit Training through show (45)
3/3 Sat = Wii Fit (30), Circuit Training through show (45), Push ups day 1
3/4 Sun = Rest
3/5 Mon= Wii fit (30), Push ups day 2
3/6 Tues= Rest
3/7 Wed = Wii fit (30), Push ups day 3

I'm laying out my game plan for the week.....fail to plan then plan to fail!

SW=205.
Pushups= 0

The Plan:

Pushup Training= Following week 1 of 100 pushups
3/1 Thurs = Spin Class (60)
3/2 Fri = The Firm Cardio Sculpt (55)
3/3 Sat = Spin class (55)
3/4 Sun = Zumba (45)
3/5 Mon= Yoga (60)
3/6 Tues= Pilates(45)
3/7=Rest

SO we have 4 days until D-Day.... On Thursday we can post our beginning STATS (CW, how many full form pushups we can do in beginning) then update daily/weekly the w/o and minutes done.

I have been looking up articles on working up to full form push ups to aide in meeting that goal!

Hi all!

Since I started my new and improved lifestyle in December I have lost 20lbs! Spring is around the corner and I want to jet a jump start on it by going into March swinging.

1) Lose 5 pounds by April 1st

2) Workout at least 5 days a week for 30 min

3) Be able to do 5 regular pushups ( I have only been able to do the modified ones)

Anyone interested in joining/supporting?
