I have a few recipes but not calorie information.
TERiYAKI MARINADE - can be used for fish, chicken and beef
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1 clove garlic, minced
Mix all in a bowl.. Pour over fish, chicken or beef.. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours, or overnight.
LEMON PEPPER for fish or chicken
Juice of one lemon
black pepper to taste
Juice a lemon and pour over your fish or chicken. Sprinkle as much black pepper as you like. Take the lemon that you squeezed and cut into slices and place in the baking dish with your fish or chicken. Bake until done.
