I have a few recipes but not calorie information.

TERiYAKI MARINADE - can be used for fish, chicken and beef

1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup orange juice
1 clove garlic, minced

Mix all in a bowl.. Pour over fish, chicken or beef.. Cover, and marinate in the refrigerator for 4 hours, or overnight.

LEMON PEPPER for fish or chicken

Juice of one lemon
black pepper to taste

Juice a lemon and pour over your fish or chicken. Sprinkle as much black pepper as you like. Take the lemon that you squeezed and cut into slices and place in the baking dish with your fish or chicken. Bake until done.

Hi, Everyone
I just purchased few pounds of fish and recently fell in love with baked fish that has some flavors. Therefore I would like to make my own marinade for fish because most of store bought ones have HFCS in them. I would also like the calories count and number of servings, information like that.I am interested in teriyaki, lemon pepper and some good flavors. In addition, if you know any marinade without HFCS, I would love to buy them.
Thank you
