So I am at my goal weight, but still not happy with the way I look. I need to get more toned. My problem areas are the back of my legs and my tummy. So my goal for the month of may is to do strength training 3-4 days a week, and some form of cardio the rest of the week. I will post in this journal at the end of every day to hold myself accountable, and to see my progress. Any words of advice/encouragement would be greatly appreciated!
