Hi, y'all. I'm in for this month -- once again setting a modest goal for myself, 600 minutes. That worked well for me in April, perhaps because I didn't feel pressured and could focus more on the food side. I ended up losing 3.8 pounds in April, which is fantastic for me!

Welcome to our new workout minutes challenge for May. A new month that offers us a new opportunity to begin working out and become healthier!!! I am going to keep my goal at 1800 minutes, I just barely made it last month!!! Can not believe how quickly summer is approaching and I hope to drop another few pounds before I put that swimsuit on LOL!! Hope to see you all back again for more and how great would it be to see some new folks joining us this month too!!
