SO today I realized that me time is never really me time. Its mostly time spent running away from my kids to get time alone LOL. I decided to redesign my Me time!!! I included them. Instead of the conventional workout I embarked on dancing today. I played their music and we danced for 30 minutes. To them its mummy being silly, but to me it was a great workout. I saw smiles on my kids faces and I sweated up a storm. Much better than replacing them in their rooms while I tried to workout!!! Super excited. I think later we will go for a walk. Have a great Day everyone!!!!

So I am learning how and when to take a break from family needs and start taking time for myself. During my time I will be working out and planning for the next day. I am trying to find a routine and be consistent with it. Wish me luck. today is the first day!
