I've always used the 2oz dry, and then just eat whatever it comes out as cooked. If you think about it, all pasta, while made from the same ingredients, will come out to different sizes after cooking. Like, 2oz of cooked penne will be a different "amount" than 2oz of cooked ditalini.

This is killing me as well!!! I measured out 2oz but it was so much after it cooked! I still ate it, but I'm hoping that it is still my 2oz serving that is counted! It is so confusing!! How did you gals end up calculating your calories?
I really enjoy my pasta, but when I look at the box to check the calories it says 2oz is 180 calories....Do I measure out 2 oz Dry and that is what I can eat for 180 calories or do I measure out 2oz after cooked? Can someone please advise???
