Yesterday was an 45 mins of intense strength training working to a goal
Out waking with my Dod Sandy 45 mins.
Bycycle. 15 mins
Ball abs. 5 mins
Weights. 5 mins.

Feel mighty Great !

Currently 85kg.down to 82 kg. Goal. 70.

Eating well too
