I love your videos and find them the best thing for me to use especially the seated workouts.
I'd love to see a walking workout similar to Leslie Sansone's. The seated cardio workout is like a walking workout but I can manage more than sitting for 15 or 20 minutes and think an actual walking workout would garner more benefit.
