Hi Cath- Thanks for the suggestion! I'll see if I can add that in the future when we shoot some more videos--it has been on my list for a while as other members have suggested it as well. Thanks for the reminder.
If it helps, my Cardio Blast DVD (available in the SparkPeople Store) has a 10-Minute Walking Workout on it (as one of 6 different cardio workouts).

I love your videos and find them the best thing for me to use especially the seated workouts.
I'd love to see a walking workout similar to Leslie Sansone's. The seated cardio workout is like a walking workout but I can manage more than sitting for 15 or 20 minutes and think an actual walking workout would garner more benefit.
