Thank you everyone!! I was also proud of my conscious eating. We're visiting my brother and his family in San Diego in 2 weeks - I'm worried that the girls will expect McDonalds and I won't know what to get!

I'm glad that you have your mom in your corner. Good job on the new measurements! And good job on eating right at Arby's emoticon

So I measured myself this morning (my cat was VERY helpful, as the tape measure was long and dangly it automatically belonged to him) and in a week I have lost an inch all around, waist hips, bust, thighs, even arms (the first time I have lost anything in these darn arms). I mentioned it to my mom non-chalantley at lunch (we had Arby's, I was very conscious of what I ate - Regular Roast Beef with only 1/2 a bun and a side salad). At Wal-Mart about 15 minutes later she mentioned she could definitely tell a difference. I'm sure it's all in her mind - but it was nice to hear none-the-less
