I reset the quizzes once in a while. I haven't had the same issue with the articles as there are so many and also because, as I go through this self-education journey, I keep thinking of new things I want to read about.

Luann is correct, we do continue to add new articles and quizzes. If you would like to reset them to continue receiving points for what you have already read/taken, then you can follow the instructions on this page: www.sparkpeople.com/community/help_answer. asp?id=72 .
Yes, new ones are added periodically. In the meantime, you can re-read them again for points after resetting them.

As a fairly long term member of SparkPeople.com, I've read most of the articles and taken most of quizes and polls. I always get interesting tips from these features but I'm running out of ones to take for points. I love my points, they help keep me motivated.
