Yes! It wakes me up and I don't have to worry about being too tired or forgetting to, later in the day.

I like to do the exercises in the morning. That is a task taken care of for the day. Can move on to other things I need to do during the day.

Jenny try using the team wizard....and also browse workout teams. Many have people who will encourage you on this!!! just type in morning workouts, or workout teams. OR i am betting if you started your own team it would be a go!!!!
