Dont feel bad about the 7 minutes. Not that long ago I got winded walking up my stairs. I barely noticed until last week I ran up there to get something and didn't breathe hard at all! You will get there!

That's it I need to start slow but atleast exercise SOME. The other night I got on the treadmill and was wore out heavy breathing after SEVEN MINUTES. Seriously how embarassing (thank god i was at home in my basement!) I told my hubby I want to get weights. I've saw a couple machines local for around $100 I think it'll be a great investment. Maybe he'll be interested in working out with me then. And I can't wait to get rid of my back fat. You know that area where my fat lays over my bra...makes me nuts!

I started noticing in my face, and my clothes slowly started to fit better. I refused to buy bigger clothes, so my jeans were 1 pair that I couldn't button but could pull up though it was TIGHT, and 1 pair that I couldn't even pull up. (I have other smaller sized jeans that I never got rid of too, but these are the two closest to fitting). So, I would pull on the tight jeans. First, they started getting a little loose and I could button them (wasn't always super comfy, but I could do it.) Now, they are both a little baggy. I have been working out for 2 months. I noticed in some areas, a little more muscle definition, etc.

What I have really notice is my fitness level going through the roof! I don't get winded with most things, and I'm far more flexible, and that is the best part!

Sometimes that's all it takes is someone telling you that you can't! I was able to tell with my clothes, but since yours are already big, maybe trying on something that is a little more snug and seeing where that goes. Either way, if you are exercising and eating healthier, you will be able to notice no matter what!

Try taking your measurements as well. That will give you a starting point and something more tangible than weight to go off of since weight fluctuates.

Awesome job with the 7lbs gone so far though!!!! :) :)

I've thought I wanted to lose weight the last couple of months just couldn't get myself motivated. My husband's bestie was joking w/ his gf and I that we wouldn't lose any weight. We'd be the same as we are now in months. THAT DID IT FOR ME! Someone saying I couldn't do it was all I needed. I started my diet 3/19; weighing in today I'm down 7 lbs so far! See the number on the scale keep dropping just adds fuel to my fire. I'm not motivated and can't wait to blow my goals up! I can't see where I"m losing it from yet. Last time was my face first so i'm still watching and noticing how my clothes fit but I've been wearing them big bc i'm uncomforatble w/ my weight. How did you notice you was losing it at first other than the scale?
