I started noticing in my face, and my clothes slowly started to fit better. I refused to buy bigger clothes, so my jeans were 1 pair that I couldn't button but could pull up though it was TIGHT, and 1 pair that I couldn't even pull up. (I have other smaller sized jeans that I never got rid of too, but these are the two closest to fitting). So, I would pull on the tight jeans. First, they started getting a little loose and I could button them (wasn't always super comfy, but I could do it.) Now, they are both a little baggy. I have been working out for 2 months. I noticed in some areas, a little more muscle definition, etc.
What I have really notice is my fitness level going through the roof! I don't get winded with most things, and I'm far more flexible, and that is the best part!
