Be proud that you are in this place now. I finally decided to get rid of the 'baby weight' 17 years after my last child was born! Take one positive step towards your health today, drink a glass of water, take the kids for a walk around the block, eat an apple-- you pick. And then do it again the next day, and then the next. Use all the resources you have here, it's an amazing place. And before you know it you can look at losing this weight as a grand adventure instead of a major failure. One step at a time, one day at a time, one pound at a time- you can do this.

You have to find the drive within yourself to do this. You have to be so tired of being over weight that you want to change this. Use all that s\parks has to offer. Good luck................................... emoticon

Hello Everyone,

My name is LaToya, and I'm new here on SparkPeople, before having my children, who are now 11 months and 2 1/2 years old, I participated in Weight Watchers, and lost about 50 lbs. I walked 5x a week with a co worker, and did light weights. Any way I'm back to my original weight of 280, which is very depressing, I have no motivation, always tired, and just quite upset that I have to start all over with the weight loss process. I'm in need of some motivation, as well as hopefully finding a work out buddy. Someone please HELP.... all advice is appreciated.
