I'm happy to answer any questions you have through SparkMail if you want to send me a message. I think the 2-week trial of SparkCoach will give you a good idea of whether or not that program will help meet your needs.
That's a real shame, you've taken away one of the pierces of functionality which kept me coming back. It wasn't the emails, to be honest they just annoyed me, but having access to all the relevant sections on my home page was really useful.
I can see that the spark coach functionality partly replaces this, but that seems to dictate a path much more than I want. Maybe I'm wrong with that, I'm only a few days into the free trial.
I'll need to take a look around and see if there are other ways the site can provide me with what I need. Changes in my family medical history mean I need to be deadly serious about this this time, so making sure I have exactly the right tools for me is essential.
While I don't have a huge budget right now, this is important enough to pay if I need to. Therefore I would appreciate some help in a more private space if possible to determineif the paid for spark coaching is worthwhile.

The SparkDiet is no long available in the email format, but like you found, you can still access all of the information from the Healthy Lifestyle tab at the top of the page.
