I love muesli!! I had it for the first time while on vacation in Ireland. I chose to eat it the way the Swiss do. Mixed with plain yogurt and drizzled with honey (I used lots of honey) It wasn't exactly low cal the way I ate it, but I was on vacation and didn't care.

Weight loss is accomplished with the mind.

A person who wants something WILL find a way....a person who doesn't will find an excuse.

Which do you prefer?
The pain of self discipline?....or...the pain of self regret?

yes you eat it raw, you dont need to soak it overnight.

Just put your milk of choice over it like cereal. Or another option is apple juice.

I bought a bag of unsweetened dried blueberry muesli from trader joe's and I don't know what to do with it. I tried it overnight as a n oatmeal and I overly didn't care for it. Do I eat it raw? Is there another use for it?

Thanks for the help.
