I have Pandora set to some of my favorite world DJ's (Tiesto, Guetta, Axwell) for running, but when I'm on the stationary bike I need something a little tougher to get me through so Linkin Park, Disturbed do the job!

I listen to the SparkPeople Top Workout Songs of 2011. It's the only thing I have downloaded so far on my iPod...I'm a bit out of the loop, I suppose!

Mainly house music, trance, club music.

The beat keeps me moving and helps me keep pace.

My iPod is on shuffle when I work out...so I could be listening to classic rock, rap, hip hop, pop, or stuff from the 90s (yes, Nsync and Backstreet Boys)...but I always jam out when Keri Hilson's "turnin me on" song plays! haha
