Drink 8 glasses of Water dailey emoticon
10 minutes of chair Exercise daily to start emoticon
5-7 servings of fruit / veg per day emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon emoticon

My three biggest challenges right now are getting my 8 glasses of water, staying within my daily calorie range and exercising at least five days a week. I am a visual person so I am going to track my success with emoticons
