I think it is excellent that you are doing a Woo Hoo on the Board! And measurements tell more of the truth than the scale, fore sure. Way to go YOU! Keep up the good work and keep POSTING!

So I never ever posted on the Whoo Hoo board and I thought today I should! So I weighed myself this morning and I lost 1.8 lbs and yeah its not much but the measurements were even better!
So I wanted to share the comparison from last Mondays to today!
January 14, 2013 Neck 16" Right Arm 16" Right Leg 27" Mid S 48" Waist 50" Hips 56"
January 21, 2013 N 15 1/2" RA 16" RL 26" MS 47" W 49" H 541/2"
I joined the January Challenge and this is the first Challenge I ever joined on Sparkpeople since I've been a member and I'm working hard and as you can see from these measurements all my dedication and consistency is paying off! Just wanted to share my good news Have a great day everyone!
