I have no energy at the end of the day but when I get in the bad I can't fall asleep. Yoga helps sometimes to help me unwind and fall asleep but I don't always have the energy to do it. I was attempting to prepare my meals a day in advance, that way all I had to do was come home and warm something up and get right to my walk but that only lasted a short while. What works for you guys?
