Hey Danielle, we've all been there, and I think your reaction is very good... it was a loss..... and I know it's trite, but I keep telling myself I didn't gain this weight overnight.. it's going to be slow taking it off... My experience with really rapid weight loss has been that it almost always results in rapid weight rebound.
But still..... I remember a poster I saw..."Lord, give me patience.... RIGHT NOW" It's hard to be patient.
ON the other hand, if you stay in there doing healthy things, I bet next week will be better. Often I don't see significant loss in weeks when I've had a lot of sodium even if I've limited my overall intake; and it also seems that really hot muggy weather slows the weight loss.. maybe because I exercise less.
In any case.. best wishes, hang in there... just think, you still lost!

I lost half a pound in one week and my goal was to loss 1-1.5 I was up set at first then i thought well at least i didn't gain any. So i looked at it at a positive way instead.
