I signed up for my first boot camp ~ a FIVE week Boot Camp ~ and it starts next week!! I have been out of the exercising loop for a while and recently started working out again. I think a boot camp is just what I need to throw myself into it hard core without the possibility of giving up.
I need some general advice, positive feedback & motivation Sparkers!!
I'll update my progress as I go and I will be taking before and after pictures. Wish me LUCK!
