I've enjoyed the boot camp classes I have taken. It's tough, but a good instructor will let you know how to modify when you need to.
we did - running, running stairs, running bleachers, push ups, planks, mountain climbers, burpees, squats, lunges, walking lunges, jumping rope, plyometrics, sit ups, etc. One of the instructors also used some weights & medicine balls; the other did not.
Both classes were excellent workouts. I would take another series if it was offered.

I signed up for my first boot camp ~ a FIVE week Boot Camp ~ and it starts next week!! I have been out of the exercising loop for a while and recently started working out again. I think a boot camp is just what I need to throw myself into it hard core without the possibility of giving up.
I need some general advice, positive feedback & motivation Sparkers!!
I'll update my progress as I go and I will be taking before and after pictures. Wish me LUCK!
