Slow and steady wins the race

It's a new dawn....
It's a new day....
It's a new life for me...
And I'm feeling good...

I will be overweight for a little bit longer ...but starting TODAY, I will be a little less overweight than I was yesterday!

Staying with the program for me is life long - which has really helped me to commit to never, ever quitting! Hang in there - it is indeed the long run that counts.

You’ll get where you want to go as long as you are taking more steps in the right direction than the wrong one.
