Today is my first day to really start the weight loss challenge. I weighed in, have some blueberry muffins ready for breakfast, will go to the gym at 9:00 and join the other old ladies in "Jumpstart" exercise for an hour. I have leftovers in the fridge for lunch, supper will have to be thought out this evening. Probably scrambled eggs. Okay, here I go.
