Last evening when cleaning up the kitchen, I walked past an open bag of almonds. (That's the closest thing to junk food in my house.) Usually I would pop a few into my mouth. Not the worst thing in the world, but last night I had no desire for more food. Healthy supper, have been off of sugar and refined carbs all week, and whaddaya know, I really don't need to eat every second of the day.
