Hello I have not log in in a week so here I am. My weight is 143. My son had his first birthday and I ate 1 hot dog 1 hamburger and 2 grill chickens, bake beans 2 tea spoon full with 3 tea spoons of chille and a 32 oz cup of water. I am now 143 . I took my one year old walking and he walked with me until it was time to come back, he wanted me to hold him so I held him on the way back from the walk. I have more energy than I had a couple of weeks ago I don't know what happened but I have more pick up and go about my self.
