IM STARTING A NEW YEARS CHALLENGE BEGINNING DEC 1ST - JAN 1ST... PLEASE JOIN MY TEAM IF INTERESTED.. I WAS GONNA DO THIS FOR MYSELF DECIDED TO START A TEAM AND MAYBE OTHERS WOULD BE INTERESTED.. CHALLENGES HELP ME DO LESS EMOTIONAL EATING AND IT GIVES ME SHORT TERM GOALS TO FOCUS ON.. IM NO FITNESS INSTRUCTOR OR NUTRITIONIST, BUT WOULD ENJOY HAVING OTHERS ON MY TEAM AND MAKING NEW FRIENDS TO HELP MOTIVATE ME AS WILL DO FOR YOU.
