I'm not getting any new post messages for my teams.
And I have changed my emails & this has not helped, now what...I need to be able to get them. Now what?

Today - Sunday, I've gotten no e-mails from Spark. I've gotten the message board alerts just fine. I'm new enough at this that I'm not sure Spark sends out their e-mails over the weekend - could someone let me know if they do.

I am on Comcast but haven't had any problems that I know of. Hope you get your problem resolved.

today I've gotten one of my scheduled e-mails and the notices from the message boards, Did not get any more of the official e-mails I signed up for.

I miss them because they kind of guide me through my education for the day.

Comcast was blocking a small number of our members over the past couple of days (and you could have been one of them), but we've requested they unblock us and the problem should be fixed.

This has happened to me more than once, usually on Friday. I (and my husband) have been through all of the suggestions in the help section. I have made sure that the sparkpeople email address is white listed with my email provider. I can't find anything else to do. My husband feels like it is happening at your end. What is weird is that I continue to get the emails from posts and comments, but not the "official" emails from Sparkpeople. Since I have reset my email preferences several times, maybe someone there could check and see if they are really getting a rejection message from my email provider, Comcast. This is rather frustrating.
