It is so exhilarating to be able to do the particular exercise you have been struggling to complete. That's part of the beauty of Sparkpeople. It takes us places we don't even want to go, and makes us better people inside and out.

I have what is a big non-scale victory for me...I did squat thrusts! I have Spark People's Cardio Blast DVD. When I first used a couple of months ago, when I wasn't very far into my SP journey, Coach Nicole would say "We're gonna go down to the floor for some squat thrusts," (or something like that.) And I would think, "Yeah, no. You're gonna do some squat thrusts while I do something else." I would either substitute for mountain climbers or jacking the legs in and out like earlier in the video. Squat thrusts looked intense and she says they're intense and I've heard others say the same. But...for whatever reason, today, I was feeling especially brave and adventurous. And, I did them. And, it was hard. And, they were intense. BUT...I did them! All of them! And I'm quite proud of myself!
