I started getting obsessed with the scale lately too! My boyfriend told me today I was not allowed to use it so much any longer. I mean I feel great and it should not be about how much I have lost but how much I gained by just being more conscious about what I am eating and how much I work out!

Keep it up and you will see results soon - if not on the scale at least on how well your pants fit! Mine now all need a belt!

Getting there takes time, and effort, but IT'S WORTH IT!

I believe everyone knows that the phrase above it's true, but also everyone wants to start doing any exercise and see the miracle change, the fat falling out your body and the definition on your muscles, .... come on, you have to be realistic and give it time!

Set goals other than losing the weight, like being able to walk for 30 minutes, or 60 minutes, or do a 5K, you need to keep focus, but not obsess with your weight.

I know you can do it, you being here, asking for advise it's proof.
