Cut up cucumber slices, about half an inch thick. Scoop out a bit of the seeds to make an indentation. Fill with hummus. These look great on an appetizer plate too, if you need to take a dish somewhere.

How about some of the Weight Watchers frozen treats - some of their bars are low in calories. I love their Giant Latte ice cream bars, and they are only 90 calories.

Sugar free popsicles! Frozen bananas (slice up first). Homemade smoothies!
OK thinking about this summer.. when I am off work I know I want to have nothing but healthy choice snacks like fruit cups, fresh fruit ( LOVE FROZEN GRAPES AND WATERMELON) applesauce, nuts maybe even thinking about making some fresh fruit Popsicle.. any body eles have any more Ideas I have a few things I want to try thanks to Pintrest so we will see.. give me more ideas that I can start building my summer snack supplly on.. I am determine to loose this weight.. I dont WANT to be this way
