Here is something that I have started doing to keep myself going. I have what I call a Vision board. It has a list of quotes, dreams, goals and a photo of my wife and daughter. When I don't feel like working out I look at it and remember why I started! Just think about your why. You have to remember though that abs are made in the kitchen not the gym, its 80% nutrition and 20 %. If you need some help reach out to me I love making new friends and helping people lose weight.
