I've decided that I'm going to walk the 3 mile loop near my house everyday. My friend's brother who lives a block away walks everyday and he said he'd walk with me to keep me motivated. I've wanted to do this for a while, but without someone to do it with I just don't do it. Also, I'm going to work on measuring my portions, something that I'm not good at. :/ Wish me luck!
