Saute some cut up chicken in a big fry pan. When chicken is done, take it out and add lots and lots of veggies like onions, peppers, broccoli, carrots, mushrooms etc etc
While you are cooking this, make some brown rice.
Once the veggies are done, add the chicken back to the pan and heat through.
Serve over brown rice.
Add some of this sauce...it is the best !!
Orange or Apricot sauce
1/2 cup sugar free apricot preserves or sugar free orange marmalade 3 Tablespoons low sodium soy sauce Mix well, add to your stir fry

I am on a low cholesterol diet and I have to eat between 1200 to 1800 calories. I also need low sodium too. I am getting tired of cooking and eating the same old thing. Can anyone share with me some new recipes with the requirements that I listed above and not spicy please. You can send me any recipes you can come up with to my Sparkmail and I will try them.
