I want to congratulate you on making this journey. I began my own journey a few years ago and though my pace has been slow I have lost over 100 pounds! You can have success too!

Hi! I just joined SparkPeople today. I am 24 and got married almost two years ago. In these two years, I gained a lot of weight! I sure am a happy eater. I've begun working out and I am trying to incorporate more fruits and vegetables into my diet. I would like to start having children in two years, but want to lose weight and become healthier before pregnancy. I am hoping that I will do a better job at staying on track by using SparkPeople. I am excited to begin this new journey! :)
