I am new here too and I have a hard time with motivation. I find that hanging on to an article of clothing that I love and want to fit into again helps, I stare at it and visualize me wearing it and first I get overwhelmed, but if I continue with the visualization, the feeling changes into....I'm gonna do it no matter what. Also when I feel like pigging out, I stand naked in front of the mirror and look at myself....that makes me lose my appetite. LOL
Anyway, welcome, I think you will really enjoy it here, I do so far.
