Definitely use the Nutrition tracker because it is demonstrative in forming healthy eating habits. Be sure to run a report it will give you valuable information to make choices in the future. Im a married 39 year old mother of 5, I have 15 pounds left to lose to hit my goal. I have been dieting since June 2010 and have gone from 193 to 165. I have stumbled a bit between 168 and 165 for the last year. Im lookin gfor a diet buddy, that has similar issues and goals emoticon
