I always save up enough calories to have a little bowl of cereal at night - always high fiber - usually raisin bran with 1% milk. I sleep better when I'm not hungry and this has kept me from eating anything else at night. I look forward to it as a treat!

Celery sticks with peanut butter... carrot slices w/ fat free ranch...frozen seedless grapes -I buy these on sale and freeze...air popped popcorn..frozen kool aid pops.. sugar free jello or pudding-I buy the box kind on sale..crush a low fat vanilla wafer in bottom of a mug, add a rinsed sliced apple, a sprinkle of cinnamon, microwave on high about 2 or 3 minutes until apple is soft, add a dollop of fat free vanilla yogurt or whip topping. Try Hungry for other low calorie snack ideas.

popcorn sounds good. I never really been a popcorn eater because of the kernels getting stuck in my teeth. but i think i could get use to it

microwave popcorn is very low cost

buy a bunch of celery , cut it up into sticks and dip in fat free dressing

buy a box of high fiber cereal to snack on ( no milk ) I like frosted mini wheats but I buy store brand, just as good.
