I always save up enough calories to have a little bowl of cereal at night - always high fiber - usually raisin bran with 1% milk. I sleep better when I'm not hungry and this has kept me from eating anything else at night. I look forward to it as a treat!

Celery sticks with peanut butter... carrot slices w/ fat free ranch...frozen seedless grapes -I buy these on sale and freeze...air popped popcorn..frozen kool aid pops.. sugar free jello or pudding-I buy the box kind on sale..crush a low fat vanilla wafer in bottom of a mug, add a rinsed sliced apple, a sprinkle of cinnamon, microwave on high about 2 or 3 minutes until apple is soft, add a dollop of fat free vanilla yogurt or whip topping.
