My name is Meg. I'm 29 years old, a wife and the mother of a beautiful red headed two year old. For years I have tried to get healthy and lose weight but I always manage to lose my motivation and slip back into old habbits. I had wanted to sign up for weight watchers, but my husband knows my habbits and suggested that I try something similar that is *free.* So here I am. I signed up on sparkpeople.com in April but didn't really stick to it...after a doctor's appointment yesterday and the dreaded weigh-in, I think I am finally ready to get down to business. I am at the heaviest I have ever been in my life and I do not want to continue to go up. If there is anyone out there who would like to be my "weight loss buddy" or my "motivation buddy" so that we can keep each other on track that would be awesome.
