I am new at getting healthy in the right and simple way: proper foods and exercise and having that add up to a lifestyle not weight loss on a scale. I can get to a number on a scale but not have a "day to day" way to live that keeps me fit. I am learning that right now...each day and in a multitude of ways: The Biggest Loser program is inspiring. Reading about food addiction and 12 steps and of course finding and relying on a Higher Power as I learn from nutrition specialist: select this healthy food verse that one. But the deepest part of this happening for me is the internal shift I am making that I CAN really do this: change permanently for life. I can really really really create a lifestyle of health and fitness. I just did it today. One full day of good choice and exercise. That is a miracle. I got support. I have information and I am accepting of my highs and lows as I make these change...I thank the SPARKING community for giving me a place to share my process. I am so grateful. emoticon
