I am a new second time mom myself, I have an 8 yr old and a 3 mo. old, I also work full time. I fit in exercise when ever I can, I get up at 6, feed and change the baby and then put him in his bouncy seat while I do a work out video, then at 7 my 8 year old gets up and we all get ready for the day, I sneak in extra cardio by walking my daughter to school everyday (even in the rain) I carry the baby in a Moby Wrap. Round trip is about 1.25 miles. I also walk on my lunch break at work. I know how you feel, like you could use more hours in the day. But once you start fitting in exercise the more energy you'll find you have! You can do it! Just start small! I hope this helps!
